By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing our Website, purchasing, downloading, or using any Product from Timeless Supply Design Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all related policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our Website, purchase our Products, or access our Services.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Timeless Supply Design Studio regarding your use of our Products and Services, and it supersedes all prior communications, proposals, or agreements, whether written or oral.

3. License Grant

When you purchase a digital template or product from Timeless Supply Design Studio, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for one business or brand only.

You may edit, customize, and publish the Product for your own business or project, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product files (in whole or in part), whether in their original or modified form.

This license does not permit:
– Selling or transferring the Product to another party.
– Reusing the Product for multiple client projects.
– Uploading the Product to marketplaces, template libraries, or design platforms.

Ownership of the Product and all associated intellectual property remains solely with Timeless Supply Design Studio.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share any Product in any capacity.
• Claim ownership or authorship of any Product or its design.
• Upload or share Products publicly or privately for download or resale.
• Use our templates or products to create competing templates or derivative works for sale or distribution.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices included with the Product.

Any violation of these terms will result in automatic termination of your license and may lead to legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, content, and creative materials remain the exclusive property of Timeless Supply Design Studio. Purchasing a Product provides only a limited-use license and does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our website or approved payment partners. Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued once a Product has been downloaded or accessed.

7. Product Updates and Support

We may update our Products periodically to improve design, functionality, or compatibility. Customers who have purchased a Product will receive access to the latest version at no additional cost, unless otherwise stated.

Support is limited to questions or issues directly related to the purchased Product.
Custom modifications, setup assistance, or implementation services are not included with your purchase.
If you require help customizing your Product or applying it to your website or brand, additional design or implementation services can be arranged at an extra cost through Timeless Supply Design Studio.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeless Supply Design Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, or data loss.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Timeless Supply Design Studio, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Products or violation of this Agreement.

10. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and delete all copies of the Product. Timeless Supply Design Studio reserves the right to revoke access to any Product if misuse, duplication, or redistribution is detected.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
